Hawks Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 7 PM. Weather permitting, the AGM will be held at the Hawks Office at 11620 - 145 Street in the parking lot at the rear of the office. Seating will be socially distanced and masks will be required. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the meeting will be held virtually. 

We have some Executive positions to be filled and voted on at this meeting. There are also some Director positions to be filled. The people in bold have put their names forward for these positions and will need to be officially voted in. Nominations are also still open if there is further interest.
