Notice of AGM
Please join us at our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, June 26, 2025 @ 7:00 PM. We will be looking for some new members to join our board, and sharing important information about the club.
The meeting will be held at the Hawks Athletic Club Office, 11620 – 145 Street NW.
We will be voting in new executive members and members of the board.
Nominations for any positions must be sent to the Executive Director, Sarah Baker (executivedirector@hawksathletics.ca), 20 days prior to the meeting.
