Our U7 hockey and learn-to-skate program is designed for young athletes aged 4, 5, and 6. It’s a fantastic way to introduce kids to the basics of skating and hockey in a fun and supportive environment.

Our first four ice times will be the third and fourth weekends in September and are dedicated primarily to skating and familiarizing the players with being on the ice. These sessions are done in 30 minute blocks and will have about ten kids on the ice for each session which means lots of one on one time with coaches and instructors.

U7 hockey programs are supported by the Timbits program all across the country, meaning we can keep the cost of the program accessible and your child will receive a jersey and socks that they can keep when the season is done. Each child in the Timbits program will participate in two fun events through the season: the Timbits Fall Festival (typically the third Saturday in December) and the Winter Jamboree in the Spring.

Children in the Jr. Timbits (5 yrs old) and Discovery (4 yrs old) programs are on the ice for one hour each week. Players in the Sr. Timbits program (6 yrs old) will have a one-hour practice on Saturday and a one-hour game on Sunday.
